Loft Rental (On-Site Accommodation)
Our private loft apartment, located above the venue, offers a convenient and comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath space. It’s ideal for getting ready on-site, accommodating overnight stays, or providing a quiet retreat during your wedding weekend. Details and photos below.
Setup & Teardown Service — $300
Let our team handle the logistics so you can focus on your day. This service includes setting up all tables and chairs—both indoor and outdoor—prior to your arrival, as well as full teardown and storage afterward.
Outdoor Games — $100 (Full-Day Rental)
Add a relaxed, playful element to your celebration with our outdoor games. Perfect for cocktail hour or casual mingling, especially for daytime or outdoor-focused weddings.
Cocktail Tables — $15 per table
Cocktail tables provide additional gathering space for guests during cocktail hour or throughout the reception and help create natural conversation areas.
White Chairs — $5 per chair
A classic option for couples seeking a clean, timeless look for their ceremony or reception setup.
Propane Heaters — $60 per heater
Ideal for cooler evenings, our outdoor propane heaters help keep guests comfortable while enjoying the outdoor spaces.
Dance Floor — $750 for the day
Our dance floor provides a designated space for celebrating and dancing, with professional setup and teardown included for ease and safety.

The Loft at 314
Welcome to our charming Pewee Valley Loft. This curated and inviting space is located on the second floor at 314 Exchange. There is an interior and exterior entrance. With the two bedrooms and one bathroom, you have plenty of space to get ready for your big day. Outside of weddings, we also host many people traveling to visit family and for work. We held our wedding reception here last night and this is a wonderful spot. Everyone loved it. We had a group of about 60 people and there was plenty of space outside. We could have easily held it indoors as well. The staff that worked our bar were AMAZING. really went beyond their responsibilities to make sure things were easy for us. We rented the apartment upstairs and it was perfect for us to get ready before heading to our ceremony location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a venue.
