The venue boasts reclaimed, historic charm with exposed brick walls, modern lighting, and handpicked art and furniture.
The 314 Exchange hosts an open and flexible floor plan with 3500 square feet of interior space, double doors leading out to a covered, reclaimed barn structure, and meticulously maintained landscaping.

2pm-12am: $2,175.00 + tax (includes loft from 2pm until midnight)
Full Day Rental (9am-12am): $2,700.00 + tax (includes loft from 10am on event date until 9am the next day)
Saturday
Full Day Rental (9am-12am): $2,995.00 + tax (includes loft from 10am on event date until 9am the next day)
Sunday
Full Day Rental (9am-12am): $2,175.00 + tax (includes loft from 10am on event date until 9am the next day)

Additional Options:
$150.00 - The 314 Exchange will set up your furniture, tables and chairs.
For our guests that want to have a park ceremony, there is a Park / Gazebo (it is an adjoining property to 314 Exchange) that you can rent to the City of Pewee Valley at an additional cost of $400. The Park / Gazebo is not part of the 314 Exchange property and the renting process is fully managed by the clerk at City Hall. You can contact them for bookings at (502) 241-8348.

We held our wedding reception here last night and this is a wonderful spot. Everyone loved it. We had a group of about 60 people and there was plenty of space outside. We could have easily held it indoors as well. The staff that worked our bar were AMAZING. really went beyond their responsibilities to make sure things were easy for us. We rented the apartment upstairs and it was perfect for us to get ready before heading to our ceremony location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a venue.
