Not every celebration needs a full wedding-day rental. Whether you are planning a baby shower, bridal shower, milestone birthday, anniversary, rehearsal dinner, or family gathering, we have four simple, all-inclusive packages that make booking easy and your day feel effortless.
Every package includes exclusive use of our 3,500 sq ft historic venue in Pewee Valley, just 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, with seating for up to 120 guests and a covered outdoor barn structure.

Optional Add-Ons
- Furniture setup & teardown:$300 (we arrange your tables and chairs to your floor plan)
- Licensed bartender service: required by Kentucky law for any event serving alcohol. Handled in-house. See Bar Services
- Park & Gazebo rental:$600 (paid to the City of Pewee Valley, great for outdoor ceremonies or photos)
- Additional hours:$200 per hour, subject to availability
- Specialty chairs, propane heaters, and additional furniture: available upon request

All rates are plus applicable tax. A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for all events.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. Our open vendor policy means you can bring in your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. If you would like bar service for your event, here is our Bar Services page.
Do you allow decorations?
Yes. The venue is a versatile backdrop ready for your personal touch. We just ask that nothing be affixed to walls or surfaces in a way that causes damage.
Can I add extra hours?
Yes. Additional hours can be added at $200 per hour, subject to availability.
What's the guest capacity?
We comfortably seat up to 120 guests at round tables, with standing-room capacity higher for cocktail-style events.
Do you book rehearsal dinners alongside Friday or Saturday weddings?
Yes. Thursday evening rehearsal dinners are one of our most popular weekday bookings. Inquire early to lock in your date.
How do I reserve a date?
A signed contract and deposit hold your date. We recommend booking 2 to 6 months in advance for weekend events.
How far in advance can I book a non-wedding event?
Weekday events can be booked anytime, as far out as you'd like. For weekend dates (Friday through Sunday), we hold availability for weddings and confirm non-wedding bookings within about 90 days of the event date. If your weekend date is further out, reach out anyway and we'll let you know as soon as it opens up.
