What Comes With Every Rental
Every booking, wedding or event, includes the space and essentials below. The only thing that varies is your time: full-day weddings have the venue from 9 AM to midnight, while non-wedding events have it for the rental block you choose.

We run a full bar in-house, from hosted open bars and our signature mimosa and zero-proof bars to cash bar options, all with licensed bartenders and setup handled by us. Bar service for weddings and events runs through 314 Exchange.
Need a Place to Get Ready or Stay Over?
The Loft is our two-bedroom, one-bath space above the venue, perfect for getting ready the morning of and staying close the night of your event. It's also available as an overnight rental.
